We take the time to properly clean and prep all surfaces, which is very important before sealcoating. We have a commercial sized tar-melter, which ensures the rubber is at the optimal temperature to achieve a quality repair. We only use the best rubber. We also router cracks if needed and use 3000 degree compressed air to remove any debris before filling with rubber which produces a superior bonded repair.
Our sealer is ECO-FRIENDLY and FREE OF CANCER CAUSING INGREDIENTS unlike coal tar sealer used by other companies.
